Key duties:

  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns and sources
  • Analyze campaign performance based on key metrics, ensuring alignment with targetings and KPIs
  • Develop of strategies for business growth and optimization
  • Create monthly and quarterly media-buying plans and provide detailed reports
  • Design and conduct A/B tests for new promotional materials, identifying top performers
  • Research and analysis of key markets and competitors
  • Set structured and detailed tasks for creative and technical teams

Skill and Attributes required:

  • 2+ years of successful experience with Google Ads (search, adv360) 
  • Experience with Facebook - will be a plus 
  • Experience with CPA Networks
  • Experience with monthly budgets from  $50,000
  • Understanding of marketing metrics, ability to analyze and evaluate the impact on them 
  • Experience with  analytics and tracking tools (keitaro, binom, voluum)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Willingness to learn new interfaces, technologies and advertising platforms 
  • English - at least Upper Intermediate
  • Experience in lead generation (home/auto insurance, home services-windows/tubs, etc.) and/or pay per call (aca, medicare, auto, debt, others)
  • Experience with CPI, CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA
  • Understanding of QS, LTV, EPC, ROAS, CR, CTR, CPV, RevShare, ROI, LTV
  • Excel skills:  middle+ level
