Requirements:

  • Client/account management or other relevant experience with focus on customer needs
  • Strong analytical, communication & negotiation/sales skills
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English and gramarlly correct speech
  • Multitasking, attentive to details, goal-oriented mindset, stress resistance,self-development, liability
  • Strong knowledge of MS Exel
  • Willingness to make independed decisions
  • Customer-oriented approach to work

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes about app promotion (ASO)
  • Provide timely and high-quality responses to customers and partners and build long-term relationships with them
  • Increase client’s involvement in usage of our products and services
  • Working with in-house and remote team members, assigning tasks, ensuring the result
  • Monitor and report on the achievement of monthly / quarterly indicators Forecast and track key account metrics
